whoaaaa, it's Adie.

It’s only the second week and I’m already swamped with so many different things! Since I’m a senior I now have to worry about the whole college deal. By Friday I need a list of colleges I want to apply to and the deadlines. This should be easy right? wrong. I didn’t do anything this summer to benefit my college search: I didn”t visit any schools or fill out any applications. I don’t even know what schools I’m really interested in or what I even want to major in!!! Gahh I’m so stressed with this and then to top it all off, I still have so much damn homework that I never get any sleep anymore :( My stress levels are going off the top!!!

This week has been one of the worst and longest first weeks I’ve ever had. Senior year so far sucks! (Haha sorry I just have to rant right now). I have hardly any classes with any of my friends and in the ones that I do have at least one or two friends I don’t even get to sit next to them… or anywhere near them… Secondly, I was forced to take a psych class because that was the only option left and it turns out the principal is the teacher?! WTF! And to make matters worse, he expects us to speak in front of the class about something that interested us in the chapter we have to read every week. Ugh. I hate hate HATE public speaking!! I can’t do it to save my life :(

But if I look at this situation from another perspective (my psych class is getting to me lol) I guess you can say that this mishap is a chance at getting to know the rest of my other classmates better. Although this could be harder than it seems because of my extreme shyness problem xD Hopefully I can make this work! I’m still hoping that my senior year turns out great :D

You will be missed greatly! I had alot of fun this summer actually lol!

•           I met about 20+ new people :D
•           Went to back to California after 3yrs.
•           Won 3rd place at the Dragonboat Festival!
•           Pulled countless all nighters xD
•           Sat on the roof and watched the sunrise for the first time ever!! hehee
•           Got my curveball down in bowling.
•           Found a new love for the guitar :D
•           Teepeed my friends’ cars hehe!

Wow! I did alot of random shit xD Oh well! It was still all worth it :) Haha but now I get to say hhheeelllllllooooooo SENIOR YEAR!!!!

…that I procrastinate so much! >:/ I have about 24 hours to finish all of my summer AP homework and I haven’t even started. I read the books, thank God, but I still need to do the actual work…. Ugh. I should stop putting things off to the last minute.

So, my dance troupe had to perform today at the Boulder Asian Festival and I must say we did amaazingg :D We danced Sakuting and Tinikling and got the biggest applause ever!! Haha and we haven’t had an applause like that in a while! Then one of the girl’s moms knew this person at this frozen yogurt stand and got us free “mochi” candy//icecream//rice cake things and they were gooooood :)

Afterwards, my family and I went to mass at this one church because there was a filipino priest visiting. We ended up meeting up with the rest of our “extended” family there too!! Hahaha! It turns out we all showed up to get a blessing from the priest even though we just received one from him on Thursday -___- What a coincidence!

Annnddd since we ARE filipino, we ended up going to my Tita’s house for dinner and invited the priest over. We got our blessing there and, to our surprise, an unexpected wedding happened!! ROFL my Tito and Tita got married right then and there!!! So the dinner also ended up being a wedding party?!?! Hahaha!

I would rather choose friendship over relationship for I think friends are more important than lovers. Friends can stay with you through thick and thin, past and present and are the sure ones who’ll hold your hand until the future. Whereas, for lovers they often hurt you and even so forget you. So, practically and as much as possible I’ll be gaining more friends rather than waste my time and stab my heart all over with lovers.

I pretty much just got a tumblr cause I was extremely bored xD but who knows, I might actually come to love blogging? hahaha. Well gotta finish my summer reading now :/
